Payment, Warranty & T&C’s


We accept Visa, MasterCard,  PayPal and American Express (via Apple Pay/Google pay), direct deposit (please refer to account details at bottom of quote/invoice) and purchase orders from schools, councils and government entities. Orders are dispatched after payment has been received. Payments via the website are 100% secure SSL transactions.

When accepting an emailed quotation which includes installation we require either payment in full or a 50% deposit with a Visa, Mastercard or Amex credit/debit card. The remaining 50% is due upon the day of installation and we reserve the right to charge the same card on completion of the job. If payment is to be made via eft we require payment in full and  a bank remittance to be emailed to [email protected] on the due date.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of installation cost if installation is cancelled within a period of 5 working days of scheduled date.

Manufacturer’s Warranty:

Gallery Systems provides a lifetime warranty on the track and 10 years on hanging system components provided the system is used according to manufacturers instructions. (Full T&C’s available on request)
