The Gallery System tracking offers an add-on LED lighting system which has become very popular due to it’s multi functionality. One track does two jobs, both hanging and lighting the artwork. Traditional Gallery Lighting can damage art work from excess heat or excess UV light which may fade colours. Our LED lamps are tested to be heat safe and energy efficient whilst being very effective. The beauty of The Gallery System Art lighting is that it puts the light directly on the artwork, really bringing it to life – especially with darker images. Proper art lighting can enhance the colours, textures and details of the artwork, making it more visually appealing to gallery visitors. It ensures that each piece is displayed in the best possible lighting, allowing the art to stand out and capture the attention of the viewer.

A power cable is hidden in the top section of the Standard Gallery System track and the light wands simply clip on and off and can be positioned where the light is required. The system is 12 volt so safe to handle. The lamps can also be placed on a dimmer if required and there is a choice of colour temperature ie warm white or cool white. The lamps have a wide beam angle (60degrees).We sell a variety of different lighting kits to accommodate different spaces ie you can light just a short section of track or one of our larger transformer kits will power up to 20m of tracking. The direction of the light is adjustable by moving the lamp along the arc of the wand ie higher or lower.

Often a bit of help is required in planning what is needed so we are happy to help in planning your system and tailoring a quote to your space. Email us a rough floor plan and/or give us a call to discuss requirements. In short, The Gallery System lighting can take your gallery or studio space to the next level!

Picture hanging systems are an obvious choice for galleries however are now also a popular choice for individuals and businesses looking to display artwork and photographs. These systems typically consist of a rail, hanging wires, and hooks that are installed on a wall, providing a flexible and customizable way to hang and rearrange pictures without damaging the wall surface.

One of the primary benefits of a picture hanging system is that it can support a variety of weights and sizes of artwork, from small frames to large and heavy pieces. They also offer the flexibility to easily adjust the height and position of pictures without having to drill new holes in the wall or use multiple nails or screws. Picture hanging systems can make a big difference in the way your home or office looks. They can take your art, photos, and other decorative items to the next level and help you create a stylish and personalized space. Whether you’re an art lover, a collector or simply looking to for a way to organise your space and display family photos, picture hanging systems offer something for everyone.
